Millie Perez was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico and was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her bachelors degree in sociology at Georgian Court University in the state of New Jersey. For the past 20 years she has been working along side her husband and two sons in Oscar Gonzalez Ministries. She has traveled extensively participating in missions.
